    Max Aspd is not always the best way, it depends on what build you want to play ^_^ sometimes it's better to invest into other points.

    It's like you're killing the mob twice, so it's possible that you get 2 cards (just an example)

    That doesn't mean that the card drops at 100%. It forces the script to run twice, and in basic words, it doubles the drop rate. So, bubblegum basically increases the drop rate to 2%.
