I read that we can now upgrade our item up to +20,

Where can i find this NPC??. . . and also, what's this "Bradium"?? i this what i use to upgrade up to +20???

where can i get this one??

I assume, this is the refiners, the Cat Hand group from El Dicastes, from the world behind Ash Vacuum and Satan Morroc. This, I am not sure of.

And Bradium? You can get Bradium Shield [1] and Bradium Earing [1] from monsters in Manuk/Splendide. The Earing from that shiny spider. Bradium shield from that Golem. I have not rechecked on Manuk and Splendide ever since renewal started, so I would not know whether these monsters really spawn as of now. There are some that don't have spawn points yet. Like the ones in Brasilis fields and dungeons.

as far as i know the monsters spawn as intended

Dolomedes (the spider ) isn't implemented yet. Went to the map 2 days ago and it was empty. ^^

You can use the old Refiner NPC's in all towns just like before.

What about Whitesmith's/Mechanic's Weapon Refine skill?

I actually don't have any infos about that, i think it works with the npcs only.
But i guess that would be easy to test.

Also you can use the Blacksmith NPCs to refine your items past +10 but the Bradium ore is very hard to come by. as of now the only way to get it is from Bradium Golems at a .2% chance I found like 1 out of an hour or so of hunting. The Purified Bradium I think can be exchanged for Bradium as well but there is no exchange NPC as of yet. Also there was an NPC implemented to exchange Ori/Elu for Bradium/Kalunium with an exchange rate of 3 Oridecon + 50k = 1 Bradium and 3 Elunium + 50k = 1 Kalunium. they are supposed to be located in the upgrade shops but unfortunately aren't implemented yet. You need 1 Bradium per try at upgrading past +10 on weapons at least and Kalunium for armor, and it takes an hour just to find one Bradium, not likely anyones going to be upgrading any time soon.
