Gameplay Updates

Misc Updates

* A daily quest NPC has been added
- Please note that the daily quest npc is only up for a test run as of now and will be fully released once i collected enough data
* @mount can not be used in woe,pvp and battleground anymore


Class Updates

Rune Knight
* Bowling Bash damage is now further increased by your STR stat

Royal Guard
* Grand Cross damage increased
- Grand Cross is now heavily STR and INT reliant (Int has a bigger impact than str)
* Holy Cross damage increased
* Shield Chain is now more reliant on Shield Weight

Mechanic
* Boost Knuckle damage increased
- Boost Knuckle is now reliant on your DEX as it is supposed to be
* Vulcan Arm damage increased
* You can now summon 3 Silver Sniper and 4 Magic decoy FAW Units. They also remain for 2 minutes now
* Mado will not be lost on death anymore

Genetic
* Cart Cannon is now more STR reliant
* Potion Pitcher potency during soul link reduced

Warlock
* Changed the Center to target damage distribution for this skill (basically, you receive 100% when standing at the center of the skill and lower damage with increasing distance between you and the center of the spell.)
- You can only store 1 Comet spells with spellbook now instead of 3
* Meteor Storm damage increased

Sorcerer
* Wall of Fog block chance decreased to 50% (formerly 75%)
* Elemental HP and recovery rate reduced

Star Gladiator
* Miracle chance increased by x10
- Miracle can't be dispelled anymore

Priest
* High Priests and Archbishop basic heal increased (please note that the overall heal has not been increased)
* Judex damage fixed
* Duple Light chance increased
* Oratio will now work against Angeling armor again

Ranger
* Rangers Warg Strike damage increased
* Aimed Bolt now triggers on all status ailments that prevent you from walking (possible synergy with other classes)
- Hopefully peeps will now play physical Ranger too.
* fixed a bug where rangers could use both Falcon and Warg

Wanderer/Minstrel
* Arrow Vulcan damage decreased by a bit

Guillotine Cross
* Critical Wound and Death Hurt (Disheart) got reduced a bit (you now need disheart poison + lvl 2 critical wound to reach 100% heal reduce)

Gunslinger
* Custom Platinum skills added
* You can now move while using madness canceller (movement speed reduced by 50%)
* Increase Accuracy will give +10 stats instead of +4 now.

OMG MY HEAL IS MUCH LOWER NOW! Even with my hat. I only get 29k unless I use a healing staff. Is this a part of the update? I don't see anything about heal getting lowered. Just taht the basic heal was getting increased

Judex dmg has also been decreased. So now I can only hit people 4.5k per judex when they wear holy. If they wear gtb, even with grb (which btw doesnt have a 75% chance of working but more like 10% chance on holy+gtb combo) the dmg wont be enough to kill. This class has been completely crippled with heal and prism and judex nerf. Not everyone wants to be a melee priest, ya know?

Note: I compared prism and lux hat. Prism now gives less heal with no added benefit of extra stat points. Not even an aspd bonus. Prism was harder to make than lux. i don't see why nerf the heal with that.

iudex was not nerfed now it deals the damage it should, the iudex being so OP was due to a bug... in other hand the prism being nerfed is not rite cuz like thea says it is harder to make

Because priests are meant for support, and the high damage of judex level 4 is just a bug though.

I wasnt talking about the bug. It actually has been lowered. I remembered dealing 6k per hit with judex against someone wearing holy before the update. Now its only 4k. Was the high damage really a bug? or was it just that the dmg of lvl 4 and lvl 5 judex were switched? Either way, it def is a big crippling effect for ABs

Because priests are meant for support, and the high damage of judex level 4 is just a bug though.


Just because they are a big supporting class doesn't mean that its okay to cripple their already limited damage dealing skills. just my 2 cents on it. I'd say the more over powered classes should be getting the nerf. We are so easy to counter. Holy+gtb = gg. Grb doesnt work the way it should against that combo. 75%??? more like 10%.

Damage increasing buffs and most of my equipment for magic damage, I do 30k Judex. I'm sure I'd do more if I had all of my equips. I think that's powerful enough.
I have absolutely no problem with GRB hitting at 75%. There are times when you can be simply unlucky and it doesn't hit 1 out of 4 times.
That doesn't mean it isn't 75%. That just means you're unlucky.

Judex was bugged, and this has been known for a long time. Now, it's fixed. Fixing a bug is not a nerf.

Judex was bugged, and this has been known for a long time. Now, it's fixed. Fixing a bug is not a nerf.


High damage like that only means that youre more vulnerable to other attacks because you would sacrifice defensive cards for magic damage cards. Some people, such as myself, don't use those kinds of equipment. I suppose it is my fault for not knowing that the damage increase was a bug. I thought it was only that the damage was switched between the 2 levels. You surely can't expect everyone to know that, after all not everyone can be as knowledgeable about the server and bugs as others. And good for you that grb works perfectly fine for you. But, this is not the first time this has happened. And if it is just my luck, well then, I am sooooo unlucky because I have always had trouble with it. At one point, I had to hit a warlock around 10 times before it hit once.

That can happen with GRB. Chances can be a bitch. As for Judex, it was a bugfix not a nerf, i am sorry if you experience it in a bad way. Try adoramus instead. As for the heal, Prism4 has the same effect as a Lux or Pimp hat. It has never been better nor has it been worse than Pimp or Lux. As for the Heal output, i will look at it a second time and see if there is anything wrong with the calculation.

Yes, it will be enabled but please understand that it is not a high priority right now. It will probably released alongside with a fixed version of phantom trust and reflect damage.

Exactly.
If you don't want to spend more OP/CC for the luxury of a unique sprite for the same effect, make the lux/pimp ^^

About amount of heal , let beast check on it .

is a Rebalance for Sura in order, hopefully more benefits for combo users, probably a different way of surviving hopefully.
I mean everyone complains about sura's running regen but nobody complains about gx backslide and auto guard banding regen with shield spell
the update from 3ceam on gentle touch change and fallen empire seem to be fair in damage but behavior wise is still flawed because it doesn't stop mobility skills.

~ About the pitch of genetic. Can't it be spammed for 3x potion pitch than 2x potion pitch with 2 Kiels/Sprint Set/190 aspd?

what the ?damage from the warlock skill decrease depending on the distance betwen center of the magic circle and the caster?...that means the caster must the closest with the target if wanna do 100% damage, and that's annoying..its same as a suicude !!
warlock is not different with ranger,more closer with the target,more higher chance to get killed....but now warlock its more disadvantage than ranger,because ranger damage doesn't decrease by the distance betwen the target :( ...is that fair?
