50 x Darkgreen Dyestuff ~ Dropped by Cookie @ xmas_dun01 @10% droprate
1 x Ulle's Cap ~ Dropped by Atroce [MVP]
1 x Green Acre Guitar ~ Dropped by Rocker @ prt_fild07
1 x Loner's Guitar ~ Dropped by Kapha @ ama_fild01
1 x Gentle Breeze Guitar ~ Dropped by Vocal @ prt_fild04, prt_fild07, and prt_maze03
1 x Burning Passion Guitar ~ Dropped by Metaller @ moc_fild09
1 x Electric Guitar ~ Which requires:
1 x Wind Ghost Card
1 x Guitar [No slot]
100 x Box of Thunder
100 x Thunder Resist Potion
I suggest collecting everything beforehand (except the electric guitar of course, which you'll be making in this quest).
~ Ulle's Cap is dropped my the MVP Atroce, who can be found @ ra_fild02, ra_fild03, ra_fild04, ve_fild01 and ve_fild02
He looks like this:
Ulle's Cap may also be bought in the Blackmarket for about 5mil. It's fairly common.
~ To get 100 x Box of Thunder, you need a Gargoyle card.
Gargoyles may be found @ gl_sew02
Then you need to kill a bunch of insect monsters.
I collected my thunder boxes @ mjolnir_05, where there were plenty of insects:
EDIT: Sadly, the billions of thief bugs in job_monk have been replaced by mushrooms... ew...
Some other good places to hunt insects are prt_sewb3 and prt_sewb4
~ To get 100 x Resist Thunder Potion, you need a Plasma Card.
Plasmas may be found @ tha_t02
You can kill any type of monster.
But the elemental potions that are dropped will be a random one from the 4 kinds (Water, Fire, Wind, and Earth).
Keep the Thunders and sell/use the rest (Or if you don't care about them, simply @ali Thunder Resist Potion)
Both the boxes and potions are occasionally found in the Blackmarket, although supply and pricing is erratic.
You're better off hunting your own.
~ Wind Ghosts are found @ gl_step:
~ Cookies drop darkgreen dyestuffs at a 10% rate, so either @autoloot 10 them
dye-quest them (you'll need like 5 BILLION green herbs tho),
or buy em at the blackmarket, where prices range from 500k to 5mil.
Suggestion: DO NOT BUY THEM IF THEY COST 5 MIL. LOL.
~ There are like, a 100 picky's @ moc_fild10. Knock yourself out.
~ The Guitar for the Electric guitar needs to be unslotted.
You can get an unslotted guitar at the comodo weapon dealer, @ cmd_in01 129 165.
Okay, Now on to the actual making!
1) Talk to the bard at comodo 161 162
He'll tell you he's playing a gig and needs 5 different guitars (listed above).
He also tells you that there's a guy in Einbroch who can make the Electric Guitar.
2) At einbroch 38 199, the Inventor will tell you what he needs to make the guitar,
Hand over the items and you'll get...
The Electric Guitar!
Note: You can stop here if you want to keep the Electric Guitar. It's a pretty fun bards-only 110 atk Wind weapon:
An electric guitar which amplifies its user's power.
Enables use of Level 1 Jupitel Thunder.
Add a 10% chance of auto casting Level 1 Jupitel Thunder on the enemy when attacking.
INT + 2, AGI + 1
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).

3) Take your set of guitars back over to the bard at comodo 161 162.
He'll thank you and tell you what he needs for the Minstrel hat.
You should already have everything, so hand it over, and claim your hat.
