  2. Confirmed. Seems like both, King's Glove and Gladiators Armplate have some mismatched IDs in our combo database. Fix for both sets is now live.
  3. There are no plans on adding such a feature, since it will only take away activity from these PvP game modes. Currently the Ascended Salvage Tool returns the following items per salvaged weapon or gear: 15-35 Emperium Fragments 2-5 Obsidian Fragments 2-4 Cosmic Powder One of its main purpose is also to handout quest related legendary material components. It has been specificaly designed for that purpose and the emperium fragments return is just a little cherry top. On top of that, it also savely takes out cards, which means you don't have to pay additionaly for that either. Since it's ultimately your choice on: 1.) what you want to buy 2.) what you want to salvage I think the salvage tool is absolutely fine in its current state. If you personaly think salvaging your gear is a waste and you're not interested into the legendary quest content, then recommend to not use the feature.

  5. Werewolf card has been up for discussion before. And i can only repeat myself: World Boss cards were not designed to overshadow official boss (mvp) cards just because they're stronger monsters. Please don't forget that when 20 players have been attending in a world boss event at the same time, that also means that the card has the potential to drop 20 times. That means that the card is in fact less rare when compared to other boss cards.

  7. There are known issues with AMD video card drivers. I'm not sure if they've fixed it already. Try updating the video card driver. If that doesn't work, then you most likely have to revert to an older driver version until they get it fixed.

  9. Yes that's absolutely possible, depending on how the item has been handed out. Although it's technicaly the same exact item, due the nature of one single database entry being set differently, they can't be stacked, since that specific data would be lost. This could be for example: Untradable tag on that single one being set while the other 5 don't have it. Or anything else of that sort. Hope that clarifies it. This is working as intended.

  11. Hey there Asuna Unfortunately there's really something wrong. However the Storage Expander isn't supposed to increase the base storage even further, but instead give you access to a second storage. The issue we seem to have right now that this second storage is way bigger than anticipated as it's base size is supposed to be 300 items rather than 800. As described on the item, your total capacity will be increased by 300. not 800 nor 1100. This will be fixed with the next patch.

    It has been announced it 30 minutes prior maintenance put up on our news as well. There were 3 announcements in total before it started. Please also note that you can always make a shoutout in the global chat when an announcement appears. Depending on the maintenance it can be pushed back by a few minutes so you can finish it up.
  13. Old Glast Heim - Normal and Hard Mode This overhaul brings major changes to the reward experience for both normal and hard mode and changes the way you upgrade your temporal boots. The release of hard mode brought a very unbalanced experience when it came to the rewards and upgrades, and this update shall rectify those problems. New Reward Mechanics There are now 2 main reward sections in the dungeon that rewards every party member individualy. This change highly increases the reward base-line for bigger parties and does no longer force you into solo power-farming. a.) Corruption Root now rewards 20-40 Coagulated Spell or 20-30 Contaminated Magic per player. b.) Amdarais now rewards 50-80 Coagulated Spell or 50-80 Contaminated Magic (slightly lower chances) per player. Please note that on top of the guaranteed 50 drops, there are multiple bonus drop chance packages ranging from 75-10% to be more rewarding rather than being a flat, fully random 50-80. That means each player has a guaranteed base-reward of at least 70 Coagulated Spell or Contaminated Magic respectively, by finishing the dungeon. It is expected to easily reach >100 Coagulated Spell or Contaminated Magic per player with the current drop / reward chances, regardless of party size. Monster & Drop Rate Changes * Monster drop rates have been highly reduced to a base of only 5-10% drop chance. Rather than being the main-reward in the instance, these now act as a bonus on top of the main reward sections mentioned above. Of course, these drop chances can be further enhanced by using consumable drop boosters. * The excessive Temporal Crystal rewards have been reduced to 2 guaranteed drops per run, while having the chance to get an additional one from Amdarais. Hard Mode now has tripple the chance to drop an additional one, compared to Normal Mode. Please note that since the release of the hard mode, the total amount of Temporal Crystals that can be farmed per day have already been more than doubled while the upgrade prices remain. * Maggots do no longer drop Spells or Magic, which brings them more to their original purpose; avoid getting near bodies. This should also slightly speed up your time spent within the dungeon while keep being reward-efficient. * Bodies which spawn Maggots do no longer respawn once they've been triggered. * Additionaly to the random chance of the commander appearing, there's now also a hard-cap of 80 monsters that can be killed which will then ultimately spawn the commander in any case. This fixes the issue of getting stuck at this second stage, while also limiting the reward drops which before could have been exploited. * Monsters will no longer respawn upon the commander has been spawned. * The secret room rewards now drop one additional Coagulated Spell each. New Temporal Boots Enchant Process * Upgrades from lvl 1-4 are now exclusively paid with Coagulated Spells. This brings back their old value in the overall enchanting process. The costs remain the same. * The second enchant is now exclusively paid with 400 Contaminated Magic. While this price has been increased, Contaminated Magic are no longer required for the rest of the echanting process. Their main purpose is now for either slotting your boots, getting the second enchant or buying cards. * You can now choose the currency to slot your boots. a.) LOW chance - 50 Choagulated Spells (lower chance compared to pre-update) b.) MEDIUM chance - 50 Contaminated Magic (same chance compared to pre-update) c.) HIGH chance - 5 Temporal Crystals (increased chance compared to pre-update) Checkout our updated Temporal Boots Enchants Wiki entry for full details. It now also features a Flowchart to see the entire Upgrade/Enchant process. Misc. Updates * Reduced the high flee rate of Morocc Necromancer and Naght Seiger. * Fixed an issue with World Boss Chests that in rare cases resulted in players not recieving a reward due to a redundant damage check. Cash Shop * Our Limited Time section now features Deluxe and VIP Consumables with a -20% price reduction for a limited time!
  14. I think that's because she hands-out 0 MVP Experience (which is official). Which results that she's not considered a boss monster.

    Notice for upcoming changes: Old Glast Heim reward progress will be rebalanced for both, Normal and Hard mode. The Temporal Boots progress will also recieve an overhaul on how you will spend your currency. This means that there will be major changes on the reward and purchase progress. Since this is an ongoing balancing process, I can't go into full details until its final release. However one of the main changes will be that Contaminated Magic will only be used for the second - bonus enchant, which brings back the value of Coagulated Spells. The reward process shall also be improved to better scale for parties.
  16. It's hard to reproduce since your neither showing your full equipment, nor did you do a clean test. There are a bunch of active buffs and i've no idea what you're wearing so it's absolutely impossible for me to reproduce any of this. So please never hide such data. You can send them as a PM to me or post them in the My Player Reports section if you don't want anyone else to see something. I've reverted some customizations on these mobs. They are now much easier to kill.

    I've been testing this instance for several hours. When i run it through and don't see anything that's obviously broken, i stop testing and move on to the next issue/update and so on. Sure, i can play 24/7 and start enjoying the game if testing it for several hours isn't enough. You just won't see any development anymore as i would become a player. Sorry that this bug has get you used to something that was never intended to be.

    I've tested the instance many times. However when i'm finished i simply leave the instance, as it's intended. Thus i never realised the issue. I'm sure such an unusual behavior is pretty clearly not intended, since it allows to farm a vast amount of the main currency with ease. Our rules clearly state that such things shall be reported, even if you're not sure if it is a bug or not. As usual, players don't report rewarding issues. The 2nd floor does not infinitely respawn them, so it's not the same behavior at all.

    Yes i do, but that doesn't change the fact that there was a harmful exploit that allowed for "infinite" farming which players actively abused. (i hope everyone is aware about the sanctions) Unsheduled Maintenances like this usualy only consist of hotfixes that need to get pushed out immediately to ensure a stable environment. I'll have to think about a final solution to get this balanced out or get the exploit properly fixed. Adjusted the news so no one gets confused.

    Temple of Demon God * Re-Factor instance mechanics to prevent multiple instances interfering with each other. This fixes several possible issues with the instance. * Fixed guardians to spawn every 10 seconds at the first stage. * Fixed a NPC dialogue issue with the boy, that in some cases prevented players from completing the instance. * Updated monster attack delay. * Updated monster walk speed. Old Glast Heim * Fixed wrong hard mode cooldown time which was longer than intended. * Fixed some issues related to the new killcounter system to prevent multiple guardian spawns triggering. * Maggots no longer drop Coagulated Spell in Normal Mode and Contaminated Magic in Hard Mode due to an exploit. These drops may possibly return as soon as the exploit has been properly fixed. Infinite Space * Fixed a possible issue that the warp portal to the next room didn't appear, so players weren't able to complete the instance. Sky Fortress * Updated monster attack delay. * Updated monster walk speed. Charleston Crisis * Updated monster attack delay. * Updated monster walk speed. Community Changes Forum * A few menus have been re-arranged for a cleaner overview. * Introduction section has been removed due inactivity. These changes should help to find the important things more easily. Discord * Party Voice Chats have been added. * Gimmick Bots have been removed. There wasn't a lot of interactions with any of them. * The forum bots which feed our Discord channels have been customized with a little more personality.

  23. At the very end of normal mode, you must exit the instance by talking to Hugin and leave the instance through his dialogue option. If you just relog, your progress will not be saved. Please also note that this unlock is character and not account based.
