Interesting mid gear, balance suggestion

Here's my suggestion : 

Currently we have on server :

Angel spirit [1] : 3str , 20hit

Noble mask [1] : 3% physical,magical bonus , 1int,1str

Shadow booster [1] : aspd 1 , reduce after cast delay 1%

New mid gear effect idea's :

Blush of Groom [1] Item ID# 5800 : Reduces damage from DemiHuman monster by 3%.

Reason : Support/resistent option

Takiu's blindfold [1] Item ID# 5101 : Allows offensive spell to hit with a chance of 10% regarless of protection. ( See   Takius mage in the official ragnarok anime.) Her accuracy is the real deal...

Reason :

Combo 1 : BG 1st headgear : 15% + Goldringboss card : 75% = 90%  --> with blindfold = 100% - magic user dream for perform smooth hit - 

Combo 2 : BG 1st headgear : 15% + gopinich card : 45% = 60%  --> with blindfold = 70% - Almost like a grb effect for the newbies 

Combo 3 : BG 1st headgear : 15% + 2handed staff = stil 15%  --> with blindfold = 25% - 1/4 chance for them to hit the enemies as an extra option. 

Conclusion : You stil need to work on the BG 1st headie which provide this kind of result.. 1st give 15%, 2nd give 10% and the 3rd at 5%. 

Wil make people motivated to bg even more + a small chance for 2handed user.

Mischievous Fairy [1]   Item ID# 5402 : just the 3 perfect dodge.

Reason : Perfect dodge type of players

 

3D Glasse [1] : 3int , 20 flee - (like the opposite of Angel Spirit, and it does make sense that you can dodge better by having a better vision) 

Reason : effect atm is too similar to Noble mask - 

And maybe we can exchange them by doing the coupon quest : 

** I suggest to place all suggested gears on coupon headgear quest ** If there's better idea's, then go for it :P

 

A little side suggestion : 

Since belphegor card does provide offensieve stat which gives : 

- The bonus is 1 ATK / MATK per 10 Base Level and 1 Hit per 17 Base Level resulting in 25 ATK / MATK and 15 HIT +  when attacking chance for Wide Freeze.

Maybe we can implement the  Faceworm queen card for the defensieve part :  

- 1 perfect dodge per 40 Base Level and 1 Flee per 17 Base Level resulting in 17 Flee  ( When the Faceworm queen mvp rage, almost nothings can hit her at all.) and chance to cast Venom Dust When got physical attacked.

-Kimi Celine Card Item ID# 31023 stil need to be implemented. - 

- Gioia card : 50% instead of 45% by using wind/ghost magics ( So basically official effect halved ) Also the penalty should be 20% instead of 30%` to fit the bonus.

+1, i agree with khai cause magic class really need improvement of playing style. So like RK, you can choose to be spear stype or using two handed sword or using both of them. those headgear. So magic class especially warlock can choose to use 2 handed staff of one handed staff depends on situation and condition of the what enemy uses. this would be nice. 

even you can be 100% doing magic penetration or whatever it said, you need to become numero uno for that thing(doing bg, having fun competition for to become number one), so you can choose either combo 2 or 3 for new playing style and i do agree with gioia card, it must be 50% of 45% and for the penalty is for 20%. Using two handed staff of emperium would be nice for that!!!!

I hope it can be implemented to the game (not like megs is being nerfed it such a bad move even its right now +65 str, i hope it can be 70 str or 75 str), it would bring a new life to magic classes. please GM read it!! XD
